@Quicky @pixelfed There was a huge surge of new registrations from people fleeing #instagram last year. New registrations are only one part of the data...another part of the data is people *continuing* to post.
It's been my observation that after the wave of initial growth, (1) new people were not posting as much and (2) and those who continued to post were already active on Pixelfed.
Since it doesn't fully conform to the AP protocol, my content posted there was barely getting noticed. I've posted similar content (with the same hashtags) on my other Mastodon accounts and have received more engagement.
The platform has potential but for it to succeed, development reigns need to be handed to a focused and dedicated team. Unfortunately, I just do *not* see this happening anytime soon.
Development has fallen by the wayside for #Loops, though I would have preferred it to be a part of Pixelfed and all of it be under active development.

In January, #LifeDeli in #Frankfurt has 50% off on all main courses. The offer is available Thursday to Saturday starting at 5pm. It’s a fully #vegan restaurant located in the #JewishMuseum. Their post on #Instagram says, you have to show the post, so I attach a screenshot of it to this post here. Hope it’ll be ok 🤷♀️

Ésto lo comparto no necesariamente para difundir #Gramho como una manera para poder ver perfiles de #instagram que sean públicos.
Sino porque bueno, algunas cosas parece que todavía no cambian, tenemos como imágenes lo que parece ser un celular que ha visitado un perfil público y justamente es mujer en bikini.
Es como si dijera «Con Gramho puedes ver ese perfil público de chica en bikini que no podrías a menos que te hagas una cuenta en instagram»

Instagram Account weg, ich mag ja die Bilder die die Leute posten denen gefolgt bin wirklich sehr aber das ganze ist eine reine Werbeveranstaltung und dafür ist mir meinen Zeit einfach zu Schade.
