Maybe my biggest complaint about Instagram as a user experience is that you'll often see something just in passing and refresh or move on and then realize you actually wanted to look at that thing from before, but you'll refresh and refresh and then search and scan and hunt around...and you will never fucking see that image again for as long as you live.
