Ok, more and more I'm starting to like Wafrn, while I have let the developer know what I wish it had (they're on Reddit), even without those features I'm quickly falling in love. Latest thing is finding out that I can take part in Mastodon polls!¡! This is something I can't do over at Friendica and while only a nuisance level problem, I love seeing it fixed here. Throw in the design and all, and I'm quite happy, and think this could be a Diaspora replacement.

#Sharkey hat eine wirklich schöne und moderne Weboberfläche, auch auf dem Handy ist es im Prinzip gut nutzbar, aber ich kann mich daran leider nicht gewöhnen. Wahrscheinlich benutze ich einfach zu lange die #MonaApp , welche auf allen meinen Geräten (iPhone, iPad und MacBook) ist.
Der Timeline-Sync ist für mich ein geniales so wie ständig genutztes Feature. Lese gerne von alt nach neu.
Automatische Übersetzung und Bildbeschreibung sind ebenfalls sehr praktisch.
Werde den Account hier aber auf alle Fälle für evtl. weitere Tests behalten.
Benutze aber vorerst wieder #Friendica und #Mastodon wie bisher auch.

A veces el cuerpo pide ir más despacio y el café con miel es el único mediador posible con el mundo exterior. Hoy toca resolver lo pendiente sin prisas innecesarias para llegar al descanso con la mente despejada.

@praxis Don't get me started on Signal, I gave up on that after only a few months because of the various restrictions and glitches. Have you looked at @delta ? Seems to be spam free, though not sure if that's because of the design, or simply a matter of being small an unnoticed so far.
And for an aside, I found this thread while doing a search for #wafrn , I think #friendica 's search function is more than a little buggy.

Ok, in all seriousness, I'm very fond of Tumblr, I like the interface, and I've collected a great group of accounts to follow, isn't that what makes or breaks a social media experience? Obviously this is the great test, I don't think Wafrn offers the features that would make me leave Friendica, at least not yet, but we'll see if'n that comes around. Community can obviously be built by copying over everyone I follow here, and so that just leaves software, gotta figure out what works with Wafrn on Android, preferably Foss, because while I might be forced to use Android (or iOS), doesn't mean I can't keep my phone clean as possible. At the very least, it stands a good chance of replacing my Holos, and Mastodon accounts, with Loops possibly being replaced to, as I believe it does allow video files.
