Ja, noch bevor sie einen winzigen Eindruck bekommen konnten, was das #Fediverse überhaupt ist, hat man ihnen fast alles verborgen, um es ihnen angeblich "nicht zu schwierig" zu machen.
Aber so läuft es in der App-Manie-Welt ja immer. Diese Dinger sind immer "für Ihre Sicherheit und für Ihre Bequemlichkeit".

@feditraveler Das Problem hat sich das #Fediverse damit eingehandelt, als die Idee aufkam, regionale und thematische Instanzen hochzuziehen, was für neue Accounts den Einstieg erleichtern sollte. Dazu sind die "grossen" halt mit dem PR-Aktionismus von Mastodon entstanden. Wir #althier haben auch immer empfohlen, auf kleinen Instanzen zu beginne - wir wurden aber regelmässig niedergeschrien, man solle es den Neuen nicht kompliziert machen.
Voilà - jetzt haben wir den Salat. @momentum

I'm developing a Chrome extension to automagically redirect you to your home #Fediverse when opening a link shared by someone else from a different Fediverse.
I belive this is the biggest problem of this platform.
If you are interested in testing it let me know and I'll invite you to the private GitHub repository. Once this initial testing is done we'll make it public and publish the extension in the store.
