Raising money to alleviate suffering in #Gaza is in-and-of-itself a Noble thing.
Running a charity is hard work, and mistakes happen all the time.
Aral, I know we've had our disagreements. When you discover someone has stolen from your donors, do not give them your "blessing."
1) Make a best effort to recover the stolen funds, to fulfill your donor's wishes.
2) Apologize to the accounts trying to help, to warn you about this.

@cihuapilli they have quite a few accounts btw, so here's a bunch of them. I dislike that they say that no one in Gaza is actually posting because I follow several Palestinians who are actively verified and are happy to chat with you from Gaza when there's moments of internet. Here's also a screenshot for use. The blaming of Russia and North Korea for people in Gaza trying to get aid is particularly vile.

Just in case anyone didn't know: People in Gaza do have solar panels and they go to great lengths to get on top of crumbling buildings to get cell phone signal. People in Gaza are starving, yes, but they also still grow things and they still have some food, albeit very very little and the prices are extremely high. If you want to verify someone from Gaza, just ask them, and for the most part, they'll do whatever you ask to verify them (within reason of course). If you don't want to do that, because you're racist and lazy, you don't get to just decide they're all from a country you hate.
