We've defederated with holm.community as it would appear to be solely bots running on the instance, with the admin account following close to 20k accounts and purely boosting random posts (including quite old, unpinned ones).
Users on a number of instances have also reported the admin user randomly liking very old posts from their feeds. Would suggest other admins take a close look at your users' interactions with this one.

@SecureOwl I believe #LLM use for creating post text, especially unacknowledged #LLM use, should generally be grounds for a #fediblock. It is fraud, false pretenses. I say "generally" because I can see making an exception for accounts that are named in such a way that any post from them will be recognized immediately as of #LLM rather than human origin. (Acknowledgement of #LLM use in the profile should not be sufficient; it needs to be recognizable immediately from each individual post that it is #LLM originated.)
