Ich bin st3fan und ich habe seit 3 Tagen keine anti-sozialen Medien mehr konsumiert!

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen meinen letzten verbliebenen Account auf den anti-sozialen Medien gelöscht: Facebook.

Ich war dort noch aus Gründen exklusiver Informations-Silos gelegentlich aktiv und habe nun beschlossen, die drei Fachbereiche - wie auch immer - ins Fediverse zu bringen.

Für das Thema Zöliakie habe ich schon ein paar Schritte unternommen, für den Rest muss ich noch aktiv werden und habe hiermit erfolgreich meinen eigenen Handlungsdruck erhöht.
