Brain. You've done it again. Not quite as bad as my previous few nights, but 5:50am. Come on!
At least I've banned Facebook during the early hours now thanks to my phone's digital well-being controls so I can't shout at stupid people.
Meanwhile my pursuit of increasing my Mastodon presence continues. I love a federated platform owned by us, but by some ultra-conservative billionaire.
