Either #Facebook retains data for "deleted" accounts and mine has been compromised, or this address was breached long ago and is only just now hitting the spam/scam lists. This is an email alias I used as the target for the "Contact me" link on a Facebook page I used to run where I posted tech news and tips. Thing is, I deleted my Facebook account years ago.
I've gotten a half dozen of these in the past week or two so I've disabled the alias.
