These are all gateways into a labyrinth of psychological manipulation that, in just a matter of months, can end with the innocent internet user trapped in a cult-like community, isolated and ruined. This mental and physical kidnapping occurs — and this is the worst part — voluntarily.

Just browsed through Facebook after some days off the platform. What a nightmare. I got so many ads and videos that started playing automatically and posts from groups I’m not part of - not much of the things I’m interested in.
I really appreciate being here in contrast not being advertised to constantly and seeing who and what I actually follow and want to see.
