Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Council in the UK are looking for a new website. Their RFP said they wanted code ownership, etc. I proposed LocalGov #Drupal in the Q&A and explained it's open source but used by lots of Councils, shared platform, everyone wins, etc. Their response?

"This is not an acceptable solution."
