Updated my #jellyfin installation today. Minor sticking point getting #docker to use the new image. Was a little surprised when I pulled the new image and started it to still see the old version. Got it worked out. The post upgrade migration only took about 30 seconds on my setup. Guess I don’t have that large a library.

#docker wird vermutlich (oder ist bereits?) die nächste gefährliche #Monokultur.
Ich will dieses intransparente und unwartbare Zeug einfach nicht benutzen. Wenn alles läuft, ist gut. Wenn nicht, hat man ein riesiges Theater, wenn man sich vielleicht nicht gerade hauptberuflich damit beschäftigt.
Das hilft mir #foss leider nicht viel weiter, wenn das nur noch so läuft.

OK Docker aficionados: newbie here.
I have a container running that claims it is listening on port 1935 (it's based on this https://hub.docker.com/r/vallahaye/nginx-rtmp)
Yet no joy when I try to send data there.
Are there any logs or anything that I can use to see if connections are being attempted?
I'm running docker on macOS 13, I'm doing everything through SSH/CLI

Habe endlich den „gesehen“-astatus von #Plex und #Jellyfin synchronisiert bekommen!
Viel Arbeit und rumgenerve, aber dank dem #Docker-Container #JellyPlex Watched gleichen sich die beiden nun für alle lokalen Nutzer ab.
So kann ich entspannt beides nutzen, bis ich mich entscheide… Mag eigentlich Plex ja nicht mehr, aus mehreren Gründen, aber Jellyfin ist an einigen stellen einfach umständlicher… Na ja, jetzt harmonieren beide sehr gut!
