Ｃ：「**粗熱**（あらねつ）」です。
料理などで
**加熱後、完全に冷める前の、少し熱が残っている状態**を指します。
ちなみに
* 完全に冷えた状態 → **常温（じょうおん）**
* 手で触れるくらいまで冷ます → **冷ます／放冷（ほうれい）**
という言い方もありますよ。
