Good news, bad news.
✅ Good news, my dad and mom have come to understand how to use #ChatGPT for their daily computer problems.
⛔ Bad news, they don't have any more use for me so I've been let go from their house.
I'm currently looking for a place to stay. I'm very good with computers, I have years of experience, I don't snore, I'm good with animals, I can remember many passwords and I can do the dishes twice a day!

I've tried ChatGPT 5 in the last few days. Today it is atrociously slow. I can easily go and get a coffee between answers.
When it finally comes back with a reply, so far the quality of the answers do not suggest a noticeable improvement.
Given the speed today, I just switched back to ChatGPT 4o, and the response times are much more reasonable.

Volunteered today at #Parkrun, and then drove to pick up my bib for tomorrow's #TunnelVision #marathon #race! After that I followed #ChatGPT coach's plan and ran an easy 2mi with 15s strides x 4 on Snoqualmie Valley Trail: lap pace range 5’36” -- 6'18”/mi. Other than minor ear/throat infection, everything seems fine!
One surprise: I don't know if it's the new watchOS26 beta or my tapering this week, I scored a personal record VO2Max today: 52.1!
