@maldr0id this is tough, on one hand I sympathize with the parents. It is a terrible situation.
Unfortunately, suicide is a complex topic and often the survivors look for reasons regarding motive. #ChatGPT was a factor in the teens death, but it is almost impossible to attribute direct cause.
I suspect the case will get tossed, but I hope that in the process this will shed light on the dangers of ChatGPT and LLMs in providing responses that might harm vulnerable users.
