"a court order requiring OpenAI to implement age verification for all ChatGPT users & parental control tools"
If I had to verify my identity to ChatGPT I would not use it.
I made a junk email just for ChatGPT & #Microsoft Copilot, the email is not linked me at all. ChatGPT & Copilot don't know my real name or anything that would identify me & I like it that way.

Today, I tested the image editing capability of Gemini 2.5 Flash Image, which uses the Nano Banana tech behind the scenes. It works so well that two of the best proprietary models out there (Gemini 2.5 Pro and GPT-5 thinking) couldn't understand it was AI. Next, I showed the full image to two sighted individuals, both of whom were amazed at how natural and nicely done the editing had been.
Yes. This can have lots of bad consequences, but lots of good uses, too. And for its good uses, I am incredibly happy, as it is going to be very useful for me. Congratulations to Google.
