Study by MIT showed some really concerning, but not surprising results.
54 subjects (18-39 yo) were divided into 3 groups:
Group 1) ChatGPT
Group 2) Google search
Group 3) Just brain
Researchers used EEG while they wrote SAT essays for 3 different sessions...

It negatively affects your learning and/cognition. There's a study. Should scare the crap out of everybody but nothing seems to scare anyone anymore. I don't have the link handy right now but I'm pretty sure I boosted it at least a month ago so it'll be on my timeline. I wouldn't wish all that scrolling on anyone though 😆
