great sentiment but an important thing to remember about #bluesky is that they are still running on VC money. they haven't been pushed to pay back those investors yet. no ads or data mining etc yet. companies using this model always say and do the right things at first. I don't get how they remain open (like letting me connect to you from outside their system) if that will mean people can have the benefits of the network but not see ads etc. we'll see.
