Flagle: Wordle für Vexillologen
Neuzugang in meiner #Games-Routine: Bereits vor einem Monat hat der wunderbare Dr. Christian Scharun – unter anderem kongenialer #Podcast-Partner des nicht minder wunderbaren @fMRI_guy – drüben bei #Bluesky auf das Flaggenratespiel Flagle hingewiesen.
Als alter Hobby-Vexillologe1 ist das natürlich genau mein Ding. Seitdem rate ich Tag für Tag tapfer die Flagge des Tages – und finde sie oft sogar raus. Falls ihr auch möchtet:

In dem Zusammenhang: In einer Nerds-at-Work-Folge2 sagte Christian, dass die Flagge von Mauritius seine Lieblingsflagge sei. Eine sehr nachvollziehbare Wahl, wie ich finde. Auch wenn sie die heraldischen Regeln nicht ganz beachtet,3 ist die schlichte Tetrakolore4 wirklich sehr hübsch, einfach gehalten und trotzdem unverwechselbar.
Das hat mich daran erinnert, dass ich als Kind immer die griechische Flagge am schönsten fand – obwohl ich bis heute die da war. Einfach aus ästhetischen Gründen. Und ihr so?

#Bluesky blockiert alle User aus dem US-Bundesstaat #Mississippi wegen eines dort geltenden Gesetzes, das eine Altersverifizierung für alle Nutzer und Nutzerinnen vorschreibt. Das haben die Verantwortlichen in einem Blogeintrag angekündigt.

Have you found a pop-up appearing on screen, requiring you to accept new terms and conditions (due to be implemented in September), before you can proceed?
Does anyone know of any tl:dr about what these changes are? It's putting me in a very "i ain't reading all that" state of mind.
