Stało się. #Bluesky "trochę" się zdecentralizował. Tzn nie Bluesky, ale #Blacksky postawiło w końcu własne AppView i uzyskało niezależność. To są terabajty danych...
Mozna mieć bana w Blue a nie mieć w Black i na odwrót.
Słyszę o planach na EUsky. Mój eksperyment PLsky czekał na ten dzień, ale pomału traciłem zainteresowanie ATProto. Taka infra jest nie do pociągnięcia bez gigantycznych nakładów. Może EU na to będzie stać.
Zostaję przy ActivityPub, z jego wadami. Ale umożliwia prawdziwą niezależność i wolność serwera za 50zł miesięcznie za vps-a.
W ATProto niezależność kosztuje bardzo wysoko. Za wysoko. Wręcz wygląda to jak celowa bariera dla "małych" by zachować kontrolę.
A, i słyszałem coś o pomyśle europejskim na W social zamiast X. Ale ciężko znaleźć konkrety. Macie coś pod ręką?

Quick reminder: I migrated my Bluesky account to my self-hosted PDS ⚙️, but the Bluesky app cannot authenticate afterward and throws "JWT signature does not match issuer." I have contacted support to revert my DID back to the hosted PDS so I can log in again. Until then, I can't access my Bluesky account. #Bluesky #PDS #SelfHosting #ATProto

Bluesky was starting to be a bit of a drag. Maybe I'm just not a Bluesky Person. Is there some kind of issue with it? I'm getting vibes. People 'broadcast' a lot on it, they don't seem to want, or care about conversation. Or is it just me?
