I have trying to create a list for #fosdem26 and realized that (ironically) most of the people in the socialweb track ... does not have a fediverse account listed there.
I am also at fault, btw, so shame to me.
If you know someone who is presenting at #fosdem26 please send them my way. I will update this thread with the list of confirmed speakers.

aber wenn man will, dass alle tools hier auch sauber funktionieren, merkt man sehr schnell das activitypub ein sau-chaos ist und jedes tool wie peertube oder pixelfed haben da ihre eigenen abartigen dinge eingebaut :S

This is a good #idea to describe in more detail in the ideas inbox. Staging ground for the #FEP process and #SocialHub #ActivityPub developer community, if there are people willing to pick them up. And then in turn perhaps staging ground for further standardization by #W3C #SocialCG.

I've been experimenting with lightweight activitypub tools like gotosocial and snac2.
So far snac2 works, but seems incompatible with basically every frontend I've tried.
gotosocial is more compatible, but crashes randomly and won't stay online for 24hrs at a time.
What am I doing wrong here?
Anyone have any tips?

Wanderer verwendet ein traditionelles relationales Datenbankmodell mit JSON als Austauschformat. Es gibt keine formale Ontologie (kein RDF, OWL, RDFS, SKOS, etc.) oder semantische Web-Technologien. Die Datenstruktur ist pragmatisch und direkt auf die Anwendungslogik zugeschnitten.
Schade, nicht wirklich RDF / JsonLd Features bzgl. geo*. "Nur" Standard Typen (Article, Person, Follow, etc.)
