Here's one more suggestion, regarding self-hosting: #Yunohost. It's kind of an operating system (based on Debian) that makes self-hosting and maintenance so much easier. It provides a user-friendly web interface for nearly all management tasks. An online app store allows you to install a server app in a few clicks.
FitTrackee and Wanderer (which apparently isn't easy to install standalone for non-techy people) are packaged.

De plus ils rejettent tout un tas d'adresses "exotiques"
This ticket was submitted using a disposable or freemail address
Pour remplir le formulaire il faut utiliser une adresse reconnue par les GAFAM. Peu importe si elle n'est pas liée à votre serveur. J'ai dû utiliser celle du bureau (pas bien)

Neben den Fix für eine Securitylücke bringt das Update noch ein paar nicht-sicherheitsrelevante Bugfixes
