Gia stamattina non è stato facile fare 20km ma oggi farne altri 10km è stato distruttivo! Ma solo fisicamente, la fase di carico è sempre cosi: chilometri su chilometri! Ma almeno mentalmente è stato istruttivo e sapere poi che sarà utile per la successiva fase successiva di costruzione e recupero!
