If your site stays blank in the frontend, your theme might be incompatible with this update. At least the #Virtue Premium theme by #Kadence is incompatible, but others as well.
Workaround:
1. Download `wp-includes/template-loader.php` from a backup or #WordPress 6.9.1
2. Upload it to your site via (S)FTP or your file manager.
The WP Core team is still busy to investigate this.
