Just heard from some Ukrainian friends who wanted to chat with relatives using #WhatsApp that it is almost impossible to habe audio/video calls. Instead people in Russia should switch to the MAX messenger, a most likely government-controlled app. People at worked are labelled as not being patriotic enough, if you do not use the MAX messenger.
Does anyone know more details about this MAX messenger?
