The WA domain has disappeared from the NDNS, created under the «sovereign Runet» law. The messenger now works only through VPN
On Feb. 10, YouTube’s data was removed from the same system — the platform also stopped working without bypass tools
Regulators have begun widely using a new restriction method — deleting DNS records. Previously this was done selectively, now it is being applied on a larger scale

Meta knows from WhatsApp:
- Who you talk to
- When you talk
- How often
- Your groups
- Your contacts
- Your location
They build your social graph without reading messages.
