Yup in 232 years of America's naval history, the evolution of the U.S Navy has not been going forward but backwards, with the U.S Navy now violating America's own constitution, domestic & international laws which itself helped creating and at the same time America cant build the very same vessel type it's own navy was founded upon as in frigates or even take an existing frigate design & adapt it to it's own needs, frigates themselves remain quite popular, built and used across the world. #USA
