Obviously he didn't mean that.
"86" also just means removing something (like kicking someone out of a bar, for example). At the time, it was popular on social media.
And for crying out loud, Trump's PACs have said they have 86'd people on the other political side in their social media posts and on the freaking t-shirts they've sold!
