This failure lies in the design flaws of the equipment which indicates it has been hastily deployed to the battlefield.
And this is not some outdated junk but precision-strike missiles that completed the prototype stage in 2025 & have not yet undergone full testing.
So "chain of command" in the U.S military decided to use it's attack on #Iran to do some weapons testing, which includes latest technology, which is now in the hands of the adversary.
