When I was in middle school in the early 1970’s #Hiroshima by John Hersey was part of the curriculum, required reading. While I can’t claim to remember the details, I still remember the experience of reading it. Is it still read in schools? It should be read by every student in every school in the #USA. (I’m guessing it’s not but would love to hear from parents of middle schoolers and younger people. )
