I have advocated for #education #equality #Justice #unity on a universal and planetary scale. We/you/I can develop these very nuanced and colonised ideas by talking about them in daily conversation. This empowers individuals and communities.
They are the foundation not just of our society but are interconnected. We can talk about them as individual topics and how we see/feel them developing, in doing this we are claiming back many commons which have been hijacked and enclosed by national politics not to mention generalised domination systems.
We don't have to be dominated or controlled. We can develop any or all of those hashtags and contribute to the creation of a better world.
We are doing it now. In doing this, we are embodying ubuntu. The belief is that an individual is born formless like a lump of clay. It is up to the community, as a whole, to use the experience, social cohesion, and unity to cultivate him into a vessel that may contribute to society. Any imperfections should be borne by the community, and the community should always seek to remove guilt from the individual. An example of this was the statement by the African National Congress (in South Africa) that it does not throw out its own but rather redeems (saves).
