Junge Menschen brauchen keine Bevormundung, sondern Medienkompetenz. Sie müssen lernen, Inhalte kritisch zu bewerten, Desinformation zu erkennen und ihre digitale Identität selbstbestimmt zu gestalten. Das erfordert pädagogische Konzepte, nicht populistische Verbote, die suggerieren, man könne komplexe gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen mit einfachen Restriktionen lösen.
Wer ernsthaft die digitale Mündigkeit fördern will, investiert in Bildung und Begleitung – nicht in Kontrollmechanismen, die spätestens beim nächsten VPN scheitern.
