Sure, 16 hours a day is just problematic use — not addiction. Instagram head Adam Mosseri told a Los Angeles courtroom that how much is “too much” is a personal thing, even as the plaintiff says they reported bullying 300+ times and an internal Meta survey of 269,000 users found 60% saw bullying in the prior week. So… what number counts?
