In der freidrehenden Debatte über Social-Media-Verbote fällt Vieles weg oder wird von vornherein falsch diskutiert. Tech-Journalist Sebastian Meineck fasst kenntnisreich und knapp die wichtigsten Problemzonen zusammen.

Nur einer von vielen Gedanken: Fragt man in Umfragen "Sind Sie für ein Social-Media-Verbot für Minderjährige?" oder "Sind Sie für ein Social-Media-Verbot, das automatisch dazu führen wird, dass alle Erwachsenen und Minderjährige biometrische und/oder andere private Daten aushändigen müssen?"

Auch produktive Journalismuskritik kommt dabei nicht zu kurz. Was mich jedesmal besonders freut: Marginalisierte Gruppen und ihre speziellen Bedürfnisse werden zumindest erwähnt.
