Clear messages over clever wording
Short, useful content
Real voices over polished posts
People connecting with people (not logos)
Reusing good ideas instead of chasing new ones
If something’s not landing, it’s usually not the effort- it’s the message.

A person drops a confidently wrong nitpicky comment on an experts posting. Dies on a hill defending their alternate facts. Gets corrected even by fellow commenters. Pulls a M. Night Shyamalan plot twist and tells everyone to relax, it was just a joke.

I have lost track of the number of “breaking news” posts and videos on the war on social media that upon closer inspection were entirely made up by authoritative-looking accounts farming for engagement. When the true and false jostle constantly in the content slipstream, nothing feels real.
....It is enormously difficult amid such swirling forces to hold on to a sense of empathy, to follow a moral compass, to understand that thousands of innocent people are dying, their homes destroyed, their nations destabilised for a generation."
This is not a side effect but by design as well as a war on the country and people of Iran this is a war on empathy.

Ich bin vor ein paar Tagen übre den Film
"Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die!" gestolpert.. die ersten 20min saß ich lachend und ungläubig davor, jetzt im Nachgang geh seh ich die #Smombies mit ganzen anderen Augen und es ist noch krasser und nerviger als zuvor...
