Ein wegweisendes Urteil in den USA gegen Plattformbetreiber, das auch auf die Debatte in Deutschland zum Social Media Verbot Auswirkungen haben könnte. Die Tech-Unternehmen müssen mehr in die Verantwortung genommen werden, die EU hat dafür einen Rechtsrahmen, der durchgesetzt werden muss. Ein Social Media Verbot für Jugendliche ist der falsche Weg.
