This last year, Iâve gotten the sense of the daily #news in less than five minutes. But, it astounds me how long it takes the so-called average American to weigh through all the #MAGA bullshit, #SocialMedia, and performative news statements. Iâm done with it⌠wasted time.
I suppose that a nicer way to say that America has its head up their ass is to describe them as being self-absorbed, oblivious, or in denial, using phrases like "They're very out of touch," "They're living in their own world," or "They're incredibly self-centered"âŚ.
More Polite & Less Rude Alternatives:
â Self-absorbed/Self-centered.
â Oblivious/Out of touch:
â In denial.
â Living in a bubble.
â Unrealistic.
â Being stubborn/inflexible.
But, frankly, âfull of shitâ is most appropriate.
