I'm back from rehabilitation clinic, more #spoons for #socialmedia . Turns out #COVID19 gave me #diabetes type 1 and #asthma. Now that I'm on #insulin I feel muuuch better. #fatigue gone, #brainfog gone, no crash in two month, #sleep back to normal. Energy levels back to normalish. Can workout again, which gave the #depression a good kick in the but.
So #psa for all #LongCovid / #PostCovid folks: have your doctor check your longterm sugar ( #hba1c ). Check yourself for common diabetes symptoms. Also check what other longterm conditions can be cause by #postCOVID19
