Aprendes que la compañía no siempre significa cercanía,

No toda presencia es amor,
a veces es costumbre, apego, o miedo a soltar.
Hay quien se queda por inercia,
quien te mira pero no te ve,
quien comparte contigo los días pero no el corazón.
Y llega un momento en que entiendes
que no necesitas más ruido,
sino paz.
Y también descubres que no toda ausencia duele.
Que hay ausencias que sanan,
que liberan,
que devuelven la calma que la presencia equivocada había robado.
Porque hay despedidas que, aunque duelan,
te devuelven a ti mismo.
Y entonces comprendes
que la soledad no siempre es castigo,
sino refugio.

porque no todo el que está, aporta.

porque a veces perder a alguien
es la manera en que la vida te enseña a ganar tranquilidad.
Con el tiempo, el alma aprende a discernir:
a quedarse con lo que nutre,
a soltar lo que drena,
y a agradecer incluso a quienes se fueron,
porque gracias a esas ausencias,
