Went after the wrong target.
When a company trades in food or pharmaceuticals, you test them for safety and claimed proof of function.
When a company trades in addictive social media, you look under the fucking hood at the source code and demand access to the algorithms.
You don't just ban a potential poison for children, and then leave it to the dealer to sort out who still receives it by copying everyone's identification.
So yeah, you could not possibly fuck this issue up worse.
