Ausnahme mit Zustimmung ✅ #Eltern dürfen nach individueller #Prüfung eine Nutzung ab 13 erlauben, was die Verantwortung stärker in Familien verlagert.
Internationaler Kontext 🌍 Andere Länder wie Australien haben ähnliche Regeln eingeführt.
