Một đề xuất đáng chú ý được đưa ra tại Quốc hội: các nền tảng mạng xã hội xuyên biên giới có thể sẽ phải chia sẻ doanh thu cho các cơ quan báo chí nếu muốn sử dụng tin bài.
Theo đó, ĐBQH đề nghị bổ sung quy định các nền tảng này phải có nghĩa vụ chia sẻ doanh thu và cần được sự đồng ý của cơ quan báo chí trước khi sử dụng nội dung của họ.
