Habe überlegt zu #Revolut zu wechseln. Auch wenn es heutzutage als altmodisch belächelt wird, aber bei einer #Bank geht es mir um Vertrauenswürdigkeit. Was durch deren bewiesene Casino-Mentalität eh schon schwer angekratzt ist. Da Revolut jedoch mit der Datenkrake #cloudflare zusammenarbeitet, ist sie von vornherein unseriös.

After years of operating as a fintech platform, Revolut has now received a full UK banking licence.
This means customer deposits will be protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), similar to traditional banks.

When you contact #Revolut support via in-app messaging, you get through to an LLM chatbot identifying itself as "Chat assistant." If you say "human," it transfers you to what I'm 95% sure is *another* LLM chatbot with a randomly-chosen name and a pre-prompt instruction to insist it is a "live agent" by that name.
Gross.
The "call" option gets you through to a "voice assistant," but at least that one transfers you to an actual living breathing person.
Rethinking my accounts.
