All I want for 2026 is that the following expression remains true:

`len(mt_rushmore.faces) == 4`

Working with Data in Python: A Clean Dataset, the Wrong Conclusion
The dataset looked perfect—no missing values, clean types, tidy tables.
The conclusion was still wrong because of silent issues: leakage, bad joins, wrong aggregation level, and “clean” outliers.
This post shows the traps and how to catch them in Python.

Recently I managed to finetune my #Python code that reads jpeg data from my weighing scale app (Fitdays). Nowadays I Airdrop the data from the Fitdays app to my MacBook, the Python code reads the jpeg, translates it to real data and stores it in my #sqlite #database. They say "automate the boring stuff" and this is a case where that really worked very well.

Hey @ThePSF !

New year, new try: We want to see PyPI and other Python services accessible to young coders again. Currently, they are officially locked out due to a misconception causing an unnecessary limitation in the new terms of use imposed recently.

Our e-mail ticket regarding this has gone ignored for almost a year now. Who can we talk to?

Everyone: Please boost and/or comment if you find this important!
