Der Weg von #python nach #golang ist steiniger als gedacht.
Nicht weil Go eine schlechte Sprache ist, sondern weil man sich was das Mindset angeht umstellen muss.
Gleichzeitig lernt man dabei auch viel über ordentliche Entwicklung / best practices, weil diese in Go (mehr oder weniger) erzwungen werden.
Dinge die in Python easy (und möglich) sind, wirft dir der Compiler von Go um die Ohren. Es ist deutlich mehr explizit.

Ugh, why is it so hard for me to wrap my brain around the ctypes way of working with pointers in python. This is a pretty straightforward C function that takes in a couple of pointers (one of them a pointer to an array which is the one that is creating the biggest headache right now) but I just just can't get the Python types to match up nicely... Any good resources on this anyone can recommend?
