sometimes good sleep solves all the problem. I woke up and fixed the --cat mode in my ansview.py:

I'll add auto play to the navigation mode and release v2.1 shortly.

Then I think only file browser would be missing as a front-end to whole this.

Which I'll deliver as separate util so ansview can stay simple, working usable and extendable via additional tools or piping!

I'll announce that release when completed and that would park this project for now.

I will try the General-Purpose chain of certifications of the Python Institute. The first one covers the basics of the Python language, and has a free preparatory course.

Really wish that there was a way to define Pip-based dependencies from inside a #Python script, without the overhead of creating a whole Poetry project (or requirements.txt or any of the other dozen ways of packaging Python "projects").

Mostly because I don't want to create a "project"! I just want a simple, standalone, *one file* script… but you can really only do that if you stick exclusively to the standard library.

Why is "import pip.whatever" not a thing?
