Technique ICM et Filtre ND pour compenser le surplus de lumière. Vous devrez également décider dans quelle direction et comment vous allez déplacer l’appareil photo. Chaque scène et chaque situation donnera un résultat spécifique. Dans ce cas j'ai suivi très lentement, avec l'appareil, le piéton.

ICM technique and ND filter to compensate for excess light. You will also need to decide in which direction and how you are going to move the camera. Each scene and each situation will give a specific result. In this case, I followed the pedestrian very slowly with the camera.
