Kann mir vielleicht jemand erklären, wie #Pixelfed wirklich funktioniert? Ich bin vermutlich einfach zu blöd...
Ich suche einen Tag, sehe, dass der mindestens 1,7k Inhalte haben soll - aber nach 40 kleinen Vorschaubildern für die Inhalte ist schlicht Schluss. Das meiste davon ist "schon nicht mehr verfügbar" - und statt nun endlos durch Beiträge scrollen und darin suchen zu können, kommen halt nicht mehr als diese 40.
Also: Wie funktioniert das jetzt? Am I holding it wrong? Wie kriege ich jetzt alle Inhalte eines Hashtags angezeigt statt nur die ersten 40?

Sad to say I still find #pixelfed so buggy.😐I had to try 4 times before it let me post my cat photo and it dropped the alt text and won't let me add it in after the fact. Maybe I'll be able to do it from a web interface, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the app.

my wild guess is there may be an Apache2 directive that sets some connection timeout value with a default that is marginally too slow. But too slow for whom?
What I don't know (yet) is if only viewers on mstdn.ca (ie via my reblogs) see this, or if any other followers of my #pixelfed @garym also get munged photos. If it's just me, not a problem, I've seen those photos! 🙂
