This morning I worked on my server and installed PeerTube on it. Most things work except it won't let me upload videos and just says "the server encountered an error". The "peertube.error.log" file says:
"(30: Read-only file system)" when trying to upload a video
and
"(111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream" before the read-only error.
The Firefox JS console shows an Nginx "500 Internal Server Error" message in HTML when it fails.
This doesn't use S3 yet.

YouTube is a cespool. I wish that Odysee were better than it is. Eventually, it'll probably be best to have a self-hosted Peertube instance.
Does anyone know why, out of 2.4K comments, these two are the only ones showing?

Hoffentlich nutzen bald mehr Leute #Peertube, wenigstens parallel zu YouTube.
Die #Werbung fängt langsam an, echt zu nerven.
Nicht ein Spot.. nein oft gleich zwei, vor jedem zweiten Video bestimmt..
Und warum? mehr Geld verdienen sicherlich.. oder warum muss das so sein?
Hoffentlich wird Peertube später nicht auch so. Könnte ja sein.. Fängt dann harmlos an, und später ist es genau der gleiche Mist.
