#PeerTube has the same issue that Mastodon previously faced:
When someone shares a link to a specific instance, the person wanting to interact with the post must manually search for it within their own instance.
@peertube could resolve this issue like Mastodon did: by implementing a popup that redirects users.

LOL, someone posted a link to #YouTube video, and I was already kind of meh about it, so I tapped. YouTube barfed, said “You are using YouTube logged off.” And then just gave me a search box. Back to #MonaApp, and moving on. YouTube is just so tired, so MySpace. I bet #PeerTube wouldn’t have barfed that way. Anyhow, didn’t see the video, Uwu.

Aside from the obvious response of switching to an open video-sharing platform like #PeerTube for one's own posts, there must be consequences for collaboration and complicity by #Google and all others so complicit, in the US-Israeli genocide committed against the indigenous people of western Asia in this case, and elsewhere. The impunity by big tech for their part in war crimes; crimes against humanity; and the fomenting, amplifying, & reinforcing of whitenationalist global tyranny has to end right now.
